• I have created a sign-up form on Zoho CRM that I am trying to have hosted on our website. The form looks okay and let me fill in test info, but when I clicked “save” (button through Zoho), nothing happens, no data is sent to the Zoho CRM.

I have also been having trouble with WordPress-created MM Forms “working” endlessly when someone fills one out and submits it; the info may or may not come through in the end.

Can anyone help me resolve these issues?

Thanks! (I’m new to the support area of the website and forums, in case you didn’t already figure that out…:)

    Hi Jennster,

There’s a plugin that manages links from WordPress to Zoho CRM – it’s designed to work with Gravity Forms and provides a simple GUI interface to map Zoho field forms and your WordPress / Gravity forms fields.

    Check it out at http://helpforwp.com/plugins/gravity-forms-to-zoho-crm/

We use it on all our sites and it works a treat, really easy.

    Jon
