Mixes a blog with a forum

Hello,
I messed around with wordpress many years ago. But I do not know a lot about it.

Can I create a blog that does this:
Mixes a blog with a forum.
Allowing any users to post an entry like a blog.
But not having that forum like feel. More of the look of a blog.
But I (as admin) would also have the ability to delete any blog post.

I would also like to have the ability to customize the blog creation form. To add specific slef/mlef for people to fill out when creating a blog.

can this be done?

If you mean you want users to have their own blogs then try: http://buddypress.org/

If you mean you want them to be able to post on YOUR blog then just set your users are authors in their profiles. This will allow them to post.

Not sure if that is what you mean. If neither of these are what your want can you explain a little more?

Other people posting on my blog. But as the admin, I can delete any posts.

Would the users have to log in? And I have to keep a list of people?
or can it be anyone that can post?

To make them actual authors they would have to register and have an actual user account on your blog. There are also plugins that you might be interested in such as: http://www.deliciousdays.com/cforms-plugin and http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/tdo-mini-forms/
