• 1. Don’t bother looking for tech support. It doesn’t exist.

    2. The upgrade to the current version broke all existing magazines on our site because the format for the XML file changed. We tried repeatedly to get support. No response.

    3. We finally fixed the problem – by deleting the XML files that were in the old format and then we re-generated the magazines.

    4. Uploading page images is cumbersome – and I am being kind when I say that. We have to rename every image in order to ensure that the pages will be assembled in the proper order.

    5. We like the way it looks and so do our clients.

    If you find a better option let me know. I would be happy to find another option
