    Yes, it is possible but not very practical since the arrow that allows browsing to the previous / next gallery item might interfere with youtube video controls… Unless you add some extra CSS (use the Jetpack plugin Custom CSS module) to move the arrows outside. Start with something like:

    #fancybox-right { right: -35px; width: 35px }
    #fancybox-left { left: -35px; width: 35px }

    With that, you could move the arrows to the egde and keep using them while they do not interfere when coming across a youtube movie.

    Also be aware that the auto-gallery option(s) in the FancyBox settgins will not apply here. µSwitch them off and edit the links to all media files manually to include a rel="galleryX" attribute (replace X with a different numbers when you want separate galleries on one page).
