Hi Takayuki, sorry for the late replay but I didn’t receive a notification of your reply.
Sometimes in the same mail there are more senders, like when the form is sent by 2 users the system aggregate them in the same mail.
could be using wordpress in the FROM field?

We use multiple forms on different pages with all the same config (some have more fields but backend settings are the same)
https://www.aostavalleyfreeride.com/grand-tour/ (in all the tours)
https://www.aostavalleyfreeride.com/private-lessons/
https://www.aostavalleyfreeride.com/weekend-lovers-erides/
https://www.aostavalleyfreeride.com/daily-erides/
https://www.aostavalleyfreeride.com/camps/
What do you think generates this problem? the mail is linked and managed with GMAIL . Could be a Google problem?
THANK YOU
