 * It looks like you’re loading a javascript file from MaxCDN using a hard-coded
   http link.
 * This generates a mixed content error if the site is on https and causes it to
   be blocked if the user is using recent versions of Firefox or Chrome.

 * Actually, it looks like you’re loading a CSS file the same way, so that also 
   needs to have the hard-coded protocol removed.
