Mistakenly used an old restore and lost recent posts

When backing up my website, I accidently pressed an old restore button and it restored my website from last thursday and I lost my posts and other things I have been working on since then. Is there any way to re-restore the website back to the backup from this morning? Thanks for your help, as you can see IT and web design/maintenance is not my thing, so any help would be great! – Sally
