Mission News Pro won’t update

    I’m getting the following error trying to update to the latest version of Mission News Pro (1.16), yet I have a valid license: “Update failed: Download failed. Unauthorized.”

    Is there an alternative way to download and install the plugin?

    Could you send an email to support@competethemes.com about this? I’ll just need the email or name you used at checkout to lookup your license key and see what’s happening.

    We’re not allowed to discuss paid products sold outside of wordpress.org here.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer has found your email I am closing this topic. Please do not seek support for the pro version on this site.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
