    Hi,

First of all: it is really a great plugin, thanks!

For the email type “Customer New Account” I am not able to get the sentence translated from

You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password.

Looking in loco translate I noticed there already is a Dutch translation, however it doesn’t translate.

I think that is because the string in the source file is wrong/ different (source file string is:

You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here: %s.

    )

  • Hey,
Inside Loco translate, there is a Sync button to make sure you are syncing with the latest version of the pot file. Have you tried using that?

Yes I did but it didn’t change anything.

    Hey,
So both strings are in the file. You should have options to translate:

You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password.

    And

You can access your account area to view your orders and change your password here: %s.

Within the page options you can determine which shows based on if you want to add a button.

Can you tell me which version of the plugin you are using? I just tested this and I wasn’t having any issues.

    Hi @britner

Sorry to jump into this thread but I’m having the same issue for Spanish.

Both strings are translated in Loco, I already sync however, the strings are not translated in our emails.

Also, there’s 1 more string that’s not working: “View Account”

This only happens in “Customer New Account” Email.

    Thank you,
    Best Regards

Some languages have subsets Formal German for example. Can you make sure you’re translating for the correct subset? Can you link to your edited po and mo files so I can take a look?

    Hi @britner,

I apologize for the delay. I found the issue. Somehow there was 1 extra .po file causing the issue. I removed the file and now the issue is fixed.

    Thank you,
    Best Regards
