Once you select + on column in page editor, there will be Element list pop up window and last element is Video (next to the Text element).

We’ve recently released new 1.2.3 plugin version. Could you please confirm us are you still having some trouble with Video element using the latest plugin version?

The latest Bold Page Builder plugin version (1.2.7) released 6 days ago, should contain Video element on elements list.
If you are still unable to locate it, than please consider sending us your wp login credentials to our email info@bold-themes.com, so that we could inspect the issue.

I post the solution suggested to me by boldthemes, that is to add a text element and click “Add media” button
For me it worked perfectly
