Support » Plugin: Google Listings & Ads » Missing values (unit pricing measures) but Values are entered

  • Resolved AWEOS GmbH

    Hi guys!

Our problem is: The Google Listings are missing unit pricing measures, and this is blocking us from free listings. But the information is already entered on all of our products.

It seems, that maybe there is a compatibility plugin with WooCommerce Germanized, a very popular plugin here in germany, to adjust shops to german / european law. What can I do to fix this?

    Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you’re having trouble.

Could you share your current System Status Report? You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here.

It is very possible that another plugin is causing this issue. We can test for this.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce And Google Listings & Ads. Then test to see if the issue is resolved.

To figure out which plugin is causing the problem – reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.

Here’s a more extensive explanation in our docs:

If you don’t want to do this on the live site, we understand. You can use this plugin to easily set up a staging (test) site:

If it turns out to be another plugin and you are able to narrow it down to a specific one, it would be best to get in touch with their support team to resolve it.

Let us know how you make out!

    Hi there,

I deactivated WooCommerce Germanized and WooCommerce Germanized Pro to see if this plugins are the issue. But then I noticed, that I do not have any fields anymore für unit price measuring.

Now my silly question: Is this even build into WooCommerce? Where do I find these settings in woocommerce vanilla?

    Hi @aweos

    Thanks for your message!

Would you be able to share a couple screenshot of the settings you are referring to?

We recommend for sharing screenshots – please follow the instructions on the page, then paste the URL as a reply.

WooCommerce does include the option to set the product size and weight on the settings, to understand this better I would like to review what you are seeing.

    Hi Nathvi,

only so I understand: Is product weight and product size always needed for displaying our products in the free google listings?

    Hi @aweos,

That will depend on the product you are listing.

There are some specific requirements you need to meet for products to be approved by Google. Can you make sure your products meet these requirements? You can see more information about this here:
