Missing Value when subscribing

    I have long and short versions of my subscribe forms for user convenience. When I create form fields and make them mandatory, even though I don’t use it on the short form, I get “missing value for custom field” notifications when users try and subscribe using the short form. I have a large selection of custom fields that I sometimes use, or don’t use in my forms. Surely if they are not in an actual subscribe form they should be ignored?

    Hi @dtolken,

    If a custom field is set to be mandatory, it has to be included in all forms. Otherwise, when we verify it, you’ll get this error message.

    Unfortunately, you need to set the custom field to not mandatory or add it to all your forms.
