• I just signed up to WordPress Business a few days ago. Running 4.9.1.

I installed and activated WP Downgrade. Went to the settings and typed in 4.9 (and also 4.7.8). Then clicked on “Up-/Downgrade Core.” The next page does not have a button to downgrade my version that I saw in screenshots. I clicked “Check Again” for updates and nothing appears.

I’ve tried uninstalling/reinstalling, logging in and out, nothing helps.

Can someone please offer some insight?

    Thanks

    Nevermind!

I spoke with WordPress support. Apparently if your site is hosted by WordPress, you have no option to downgrade your version. Plus you don’t get FTP access when hosted by WordPress.

You must be hosted elsewhere to be able to manage your WordPress version.

Hope that helps somebody else out there!
