    I’m missing the update and delete buttons on the category page. I can’t
   seem to update or delete one (I want to update) I’m attaching 2 images with and
   without (2 different websites)

 * I’m an admin
    when changing the theme to English I can see the button floating
   in mid-screen on the right side,

 * That sounds strange. What language do you normally have set (sorry, I don’t recognize
   it ^^)?

 * Usually, It’s set for Hebrew
    tried also to deactivate plugins, the problem still
   remains

 * Unfortunately, I can’t reproduce this on my end. Here both links are always visible.
 * I notice that you seem to be using Yoast. Test the visibility of the links without
   Yoast and deactivate other plugins if necessary to exclude them as a cause.
