Missing: Unlock User / Reset Button

    Hi

    great and easy to use plugin. Unfortunately, it only works for two of the current seven users (admin and one author).
    The other users have received the mail for the registration of 2FA, but they did not configure 2FA within the grace period.
    Now I wanted to give them a second chance, but there is no “Unlock User” button in the users’ list in the dashboard. I have looked at the users profile pages, but there are none WP 2FA settings (only admin and one author).
    What do I have to do, to make the plugin work for all users? (In the settings it is enforced for all users)
