missing underline for links

Hi to everyone. I’m using neve with elementor, and everything is updated. I don’t know how to underline links, if I try to change theme the links are underlined, but not with neve. If I try to add: a { text-decoration: underline!important; } this fix the problem but also the button and the menu links will become underlined. I’ve also tried to remove all the custom css and nothing changed. How I can fix this?Thanks a lot
