# Missing "Theme Options" in Child Theme

 * I’m using the latest Klasik version and since 0.7.0 under “Appearance” “Theme
   Options” is missing for my child themes.
 * Can you please assist as to why? I’ve replaced the files that were missing in
   Klasik to get this to work.

 * Hi Jason – I had the same problem and wrote to tech support, the solution is 
   to install this plug-in [https://wordpress.org/plugins/options-framework/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/options-framework/)
 * I went back to the documentation for this theme and this was definitely NOT included
   in the list of recommended plugins. So I also wasted a lot of time and energy
   on this. But this did solve the problem.
