# Missing Temporary Folder

 * I know this question has been asked countless times throughout the years, but
   I can’t seem to fix my issue. I called my hosting site GoDaddy and they said 
   they couldn’t help me. I located my php.ini file, which was located in my wp-
   admin folder, and it even specified where to upload tmp dir, but I still can’t
   upload pictures, plugins, or themes. Can someone please help? Thank you
