You’ll have to link to screenshots, but they’re rarely useful.
What’s probably happening is when you create a new template it’s choosing a suitable location, but that happens to conflict with a file that exists – but which isn’t configured as the template.
Just open the Advanced tab and enter the path to where the POT file is.

It’s strange, it works for one time. After I set the template file name, I was able to make the translation. When I go away from the editor, and I want to go back, it says “No translations found”.
But my translation still works, just I can’t edit it.

I’m confused. Which is the correct template file? default.po or apicona.pot? Did you create one of them?
Why does the child theme have the same text domain as the parent theme? This is wrong, and might explain why you don’t see the the translations.
