 * Hello,
 * On a plugin I recently update, it now tells me that there is a “Missing Template”:
 * _These translations are not linked to a POT file. Sync operations will extract
   strings directly from source code._
 * However previously I had set this all up and the translation files are in “languages/
   loco/plugins/…”
 * Am I doing something wrong? and to resolve this, what is the best option?
 * Thanks in adance

 * Authors often don’t ship templates. Even if they did before, it doesn’t mean
   they will when they update their plugin.
 * I can’t say what you’re doing wrong as you’ve not really described what you’re
   doing at all. Did you generate your own template, or use the author’s? It would
   help if you linked to the plugin source code.

 * Thanks for the reply. Well I have just re-created a template, as this plugin
   did not seem to have one. I then added a language, and chose the “custom” location,
   which created the files in wp-content/languages/loco/plugins/..
 * However it now says files are out of sync with the template (even though I have
   synced them). When you say about linking to the source code, how do I send this
   privately to yourself, as I do not want this to be in the public domain.
 * I would be more than happy to pay you soemthing to check my setup and look at
   this. I am a bit under stress to get this all sorted and still do not seem to
   understand where I am going wrong.

 * I only offer support for my plugin via this forum and can only help with setup
   for plugins in the [WordPress directory](https://wordpress.org/plugins/). If
   your plugin is commercially licensed please ask the person who sold it to you
   for help translating it.

 * I fully understand.
    I think sometimes that possibly everything is working 100%
   correctly, but if there are some language strings which are different in the .
   pot file (for whatever reason) it throws some warning messages. Anyhow, maybe
   I just need to ignore them…
