Missing Subpanel (apperance>editor). I have tried multiple solutions already!

    Hi,

    The subpanel Editor is missing under the Appearance tab. I would like get access to my css/php files and I can’t at the moment. It disappeared randomly..

    I have tried the following fixes:

    – Updating the site from 3.0 to 3.1
    – Deactivating my plugins using the plugins tab
    – Deactivating all plugins by using phpMyAdmin
    – Changing the theme to see if it is theme-related

    Try re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.
