# Missing stats after deactivate/activate jetpack

 * For testing purposes, I have deactivated Jetpack plugin. When reactivating it,
   the stats are empty (missing).
 * It seems that my JetPack id has changed. Please, could you help me to solve the
   problem?

 * Your site url had become mixed up with another one in our system when you deactivated
   the plugin. I’ve fixed this now, so you should see all your stats again.
