# Missing Stats

 * Hello,
 * I have Jetpack installed for years. Yesterday I had to deactivate it because 
   the page gave me problems. And when reactivating it, like other times, I have
   lost all the historical statistics. I have not changed anything.

 * Hi David,
 * Looks like that when you reconnected Jetpack, it got assigned a different ID 
   and therefore you couldn’t see your old stats.
 * However, I was able to find the ID used on the previous connection and I have
   successfully transferred the stats.
 * Check your stats and let me know if you need help with anything else.
