Missing some files

    Hi helpers

    I’ve been trying to resolve a problem on the site for several months. The issue has been the updating of stats in a shout stream plug in. I have been going down the track of it being a cURL issue. However over the last few days I jave been reading some of the forum issues and found the core contril plug in. This has led me to running a test of the cURL transport feature for which I received

    Forbidden
    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/tools.php on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    error message.

    It now transpires that files like tools.php and others are missing? What is the best way for me to resolve this, and is this likely to be the issue with this plug in?
