# missing sidebar

 * I have this problem where when I add new posts the posts tend to be hidden from
   the visitors to my blog. When I do make them visible by setting the permission
   level to public only the post is visible and none of the other posts. If I set
   a password on a file and the visitor knows the password they can unlock the post,
   but again the sidebars are missing and none of the other posts. The same is true
   when I set a post to private or use plugins like viewlevel or private categories
   or userlevels. Maybe they are the cause. I have deleted wordpress and reinstalled
   the whole thing from scratch and did about as much when I updated to wordpress
   2.0.2. I have uninsulated and reinstalled all of the themes and plugins I was
   using, but nothing works and I can’t find he answer through my searches. If anyone
   can help out it would be greatly appreciated. If you need my username and password,

 * The problem seems to lie in the browser I was using. For some reason IE crashed
   every time I tried to write a post and Opera was causing the sidebars to all 
   vanish along with the body of my post. Writing posts using Firefox worked though
   on repeated attempts.
 * Problem solved as far as I am concerned.

 * Actually, after looking more carefuly It was not the browser I was using, but
   the javascript plugin that I was using called ‘multipop’.
