Missing Sidebar Location Options

I have multiple sites using this plugin. In the widget when you click “Sidebar Location” you’re given options to “Define where you want this sidebar to appear.” On some sites I am given a list of options that suit my needs, but on the site in question I’m only given two options that do not suit my needs. Any ideas what could be causing this?
