 * I have NitroPack (via WPEngine) installed on multple sites, but I just installed
it on a new site and the dashboard doesn’t have any settings. I can’t switch
what level the plugin uses, there is no “warm up option.” There are no tabs at
the top. I can only see how many pages are cached, a button to clear the cache
and a link to the WPEngine dashboard. Every other site I have this on (also through
WPEnigine) has way more settings. They are all using the same versions. How do
   I get these settings back?
 * Also, while I can see “nitro” headers, there are absolutely 0 performance improvements,
unlike on the others. It’s like it’s stuck on a lower setting, but I can’t change
it. The WPEngine dashboard only has a “troubleshooting” option which currently
has it on “option 1 of 4” whatever that means, but I assume it’s the out of the
box setting which is the highest.

 * Hello [@partiallypro](https://wordpress.org/support/users/partiallypro/),
    Thank
you for reaching out! The reason you are experiencing this is likely because
you are using Page Speed Boost via WPEngine. Page Speed Boost is a site optimization
tool powered by NitroPack OneClick. Using WP Engine’s industry-leading platform
and OneClick’s automatic optimization features. The interface should be within
WPEngine panel and not within NitroPack Dashboard. Page Speed Boost uses a core
set of NitroPack’s features from their product NitroPack OneClick but also includes
some features unique to WP Engine, and you can reach WPEngine support for further
assistance in case you have issues. If this is not the case and you are not using
NitroPack OneClick via WPEngine, please contact our support via our Dashboard–
