Missing SEO Score?
-
Hi there,
I noticed that when I view a list of my products in the backend products tab the “SEO score” for each product is missing.
I am sure you used to be able to scroll down your products and view the “SEO scores” for each product on the right hand side quickly and easily.
Is this a recent change, bug or something moved to premium?
I know there was a small issue with a recent bug I mentioned so I wasn’t sure if this was another one.

Hi @mmk175,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry the SEO scores are not showing in your products view.
There may be a theme or plugin conflict causing this issue.
Could you please use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to debug possible conflicts by following these steps:
This test will not affect the site for your users.- Please be sure to have a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Two installed.
- Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin.
- This will temporarily disable all the plugins and switch to a default theme only for your user ID without impacting what your visitors see.
- Enable WooCommerce under Troubleshooting Mode at the top under Plugins.
- Check to see if you’re able to reproduce the problem.
- If the score displays, you can enable your theme and other plugins one at a time under Troubleshooting Mode and then recheck for the issue each time.
- Once you’re done troubleshooting, deactivate and delete the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
Please let me know what you find and I can take a closer look.
Hi @subiewrx
Firstly thank you very much for the step by step process on how to use the trouble-shooter. I have been told to use this before by some support staff but never knew what the hell I was doing so they had to get access to show me.
I have provided a screenshot below. It seems the issue still remains while in trouble shooting mode and woo commerce activated.
Note: I didn’t want to click anything here relating to the theme as I am still a little unsure.
Also, it’s not in the screen options tab.
Hi @mmk175,
You’re welcome!
Thanks for sharing the screenshots – very helpful!
Please navigate to All in One SEO > General Settings > Advanced to verify that Products are selected, as seen here – https://a.supportally.com/i/Idz845
Hopefully this is the issue.
Let me know how it goes.
Hi @subiewrx
Unfortunately I do have this option ticked.
1 – https://prnt.sc/JzG3Ok9H0R7W
2 – https://prnt.sc/DHiTMFfwSeJV
Also, in one of my last threads the was a legitimate bug that seems to have appeared after the last update that provides a false negative to the focus key phrase score.
Maybe the two are related?
Thanks again for your time and help. It’s greatly appreciated.
Hi @mmk175,
Thanks for the follow-up.
I noticed in one of your screenshots, that a default WordPress theme wasn’t used during the troubleshooting process – https://a.supportally.com/i/TlHgrr
Could you please install the WordPress Twenty Twenty-Two theme and then rerun the test using the Health Check and Troubleshooting Plugin?
- Please be sure to have a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-Two installed.
- Go to Plugins > Add New and install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
- Go to Plugins > Installed Plugins and click on Troubleshoot below the All in One SEO plugin.

If the issue is not theme related, could you please share the WooCommerce and WordPress version numbers with me?
Thanks!Hi there,
Apologies, I missed this originally. I have installed the theme Twenty Twenty-Two
Troubleshoot mode with AIOSEO and Woocommerce only and in that order.
I assume since the theme error message doesn’t appear now and the theme now says active in the appearance > theme section that this issue from before has been addressed.
I still have the same issue.
All products – https://prnt.sc/UIg9t6GmaIzX
AIOSEO Settings – https://prnt.sc/mOEhwEnLTdta
Woocommerce version – https://prnt.sc/DkbHdTbPzEzp
wordpress version – https://prnt.sc/sMDtjsaC18oX
Thanks again for your help.
