    Hi that’s weird!

Hm sounds like there’s some error going on, do you know how to enable wp_debug? If not I showed a guy here how to do it.

Try and enable that and see if there’s any suppressed errors or anything coming out in the settings screen. If not it could maybe be some theme error, switch to another theme for a second and see if anything changes.

I can’t do that on the live site, but I created an exact copy on my local dev server.

The problem doesn’t exist there. She hosts in on GoDaddy so I wonder if it’s a file permissions thing?

Well yeah it could maybe be something like that. It’s actually strange that the plugin works on your dev server but not live. Don’t really know how to solve that though.

Too bad you can’t turn on wp debug, I’m almost certain whatever the problem is it would show up then. But I get it, could be a security issue to do so.

It’s been a couple days. I’ll just go ahead and make this resolved 😉

I would, since I do have it working on another GoDaddy WP Managed hosting site. Must be specific to her theme which is Suffusion (and I never use, but adopted the site for some support.)
