Missing rows

I have a csv file that I upload. Single column. I import. I am told that it is successful. However, when I go and look, some of the rows are blank.

Below is an example of the text of one of the rows that will not load. No special characters. Cleaned and trimmed to remove anything invisible. Nothing I can see that would prevent it loading or showing.

“You need to make this small town friendly. I do not want to call an outside center before I can reach my doctors office. If that doesn’t change then I will vote NO! That how important I feel this issue is.”

I have tried all of the different data types such as single line text or html field.

I am happy to send the csv file to you for you to look at. Just need to know where.
