Missing reviews tab

Hi all. I realized that my review tab has disappeared. The stars are shown and I can see the reviews texts in my back-end, but as a user the tab is not shown in the front-end.
I have emptied the cache, changed the theme, disabled the rest of the plugins and the problem does not disappear. I use the latest versions of WP and Woocommerce.

Anyone with the same problem?

Hi,

1 – Try to see if reviews are activated on: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products

2 – If you have a setting panel of your them, look into if they have some options to on/off reviews.

Thanks, but not work.

Until two days ago it worked perfectly and without changing any configuration it has suddenly disappeared :S

I can’t seem to get the screenshot to show up on my end.

I did test this on my end with a default theme (Storefront) and do see that reviews display properly:

If you’re still not seeing reviews and you have the settings correct here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=products (under the Enable reviews section), then I would recommend running a full conflict test, as it may be a theme or plugin conflict. You can troubleshoot that by following the information here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-self-service-guide/#section-4

Solve it!

I had put a code to deactivate the post comments in the functions.php file, the next day I deleted it but despite this I had disabled by default the option of reviews in each product, so I had to go product to product activating it.
