We are not sure why the posts are missing. We would like some more information.
1. Can you confirm you are using the most recent Yoast SEO v5.7.1? If not and you updated does the issue resolve? This guides explain more about how to update: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-can-i-update-my-free-plugin/.
2. If you clear your caching from your plugin, theme, server, browser, or CDN such as Cloudflare, does it resolve the issue? If you are not sure how to clear your server caching, please speak with your host provider. This guide explains more about how to clear browser caching: https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-to-clear-my-browsers-cache/.
3. If you go to SEO-XML Sitemaps and then disable and then re-enable, does the issue resolve?
4. Can you provide a link to where the issue is happening?

I did all the steps above before my post but I finally found the problem. Somehow the _yoast_wpseo_meta-robots-noindex had been set to active (1) in the database for all posts. I suspect an Yoast update around that time I know we had problems with and the database. Thanx anyway for your quick reply and keep up the good work!
