# missing posts

 * all my posts are gone. my blog has been up for a few months now and I have more
   than 20 posts already. but now, all the posts are gone. it doesn’t shoe even 
   in the dashboard. but the comments are still there. how did this happen and what
   can I do to get back my posts.

 * log in to host’s phpmyadmin and run a “repair” on the `wp_options` table

 * I found the wp_options table but how do I run a repair? I also checked the wp_posts
   table and it says it crashed and needed repair. Please help. I’m not very technical.

 * put a check mark beside the table
    scroll to bottom and choose “repair” from 
   drop dowm click go

 * i have the same problem. i’ve done the repair but the posts are still missing.

 * fixed it. update for anyone else with same problem: in ‘mySQL’ manually check
   all tables to see if any need repairs.
