Hi, I am using wordpress 5.7 and just found your plugin is missing from the list of plugins. When I try to “add new” plugin, I can press “Install” but get the error “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.”

And, yes, of course it exists in my FTP.

I have the folowwing list of plugins:

    Complianz —– missing
    Accordion Blocks
    Autoptimize
    Duplicate Page
    Google XML Sitemaps
    Loco Translate
    NEX-Forms – Ultimate
NEX-Forms ADD ON – Conditional Content Blocks
NEX-Forms ADD ON – Digital Signatures
NEX-Forms ADD ON – Form Themes
NEX-Forms ADD ON – PDF Creator
NEX-Forms ADD ON – Shorcode Processor
NEX-Forms ADD ON – Super Select
    Remove Dashboard Access
    UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
    Wordfence Security
    WP Media folder
WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache —deactivated
    WPS Hide Login

This user has a similar problem, but with another plugin, so maybe the problem is wordpress: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-super-cache-plugin-disappeared-cannot-reinstall/#post-14292281

    Thank you!

    Hi @javierr,

Deleting the current Complianz plugin folder via FTP and then re-uploading & installing the new version should solve this.

Your current settings should remain unless you have enabled “Clear all data from Complianz on uninstall”.

    Kind regards,
    Jarno

    Yes, that worked, thank you!
Luckily I had disabled “Clear all data from Complianz on uninstall”.
