Missing PHP Includes when switch the Page from HTML view to VISUAL view

I have a static page with a reservation form, I separately done the reservation form and inserted it by the PHP Include (<?php includes(“reservation.php”);?>. It is OK in the HTML view and when I switch to view to VISUAL, it is not seeing and missing. Can anybody help me.
