    Hi,

I’ve recently started with wp… and followed the instructions in “Giving WordPress its Own Directory While Leaving Your Blog in the Root Directory”.

Problem is that now when I try and create a new page, it does not appear in my menu, or in a ‘pages’ widget if I have one… I created the ‘about’ and ‘shop’ pages before giving wp its own directory. I have since tryed to add a ‘contact’ page, and even a simple test page, and although they appear in the backend as published, the do not appear on the site.

Hope someone with more knowledge than me can help…
    thanks

    p.s.
one of the pages that do not appear in the normal menu’s

    http://www.thesnowdream.com/contact/

    p.p.s.
normal blog posts appear fine, both on the homepage and in the caragories/archive menus. its just adding pages that don’t appear in menus

Have tried to use the custom menu feature and add pages you want in menu.

Ha! works great thanks govpatel! I thought there’d be some simple answer to it…

Any idea why the original stopped working? Or is there any disadvantage to using the custom menu? It always annoys me when I cant figure stuff like this out.

    Thanks again!
