I just can’t find or pinpoint the exact reason as when I do a bulk export some orders would be missing but if I only select the missing orders to export it works? What gives? >WooCommerce>Orders, selected 3 orders , run bulk action “Export as XLS” and got 3 records in generated file. * Probably, you should turn off “Summary report by customers” mode.
