# Missing order and email

 * I can see the order when logged in to sveas website. The orders do not show in
   woocommerce order list. We dont get any email either. Everything worked fine 
   until 3 days ago when it stopped working. I dont know how to fix this.

 * More information:
 * The order status is “Under Payment” but you cant find it under woocoomerce orders.
   
   If i use the url from an earlier order and change the id with the new orderid
   i get access to it in wordpress backend and can change the status to processing.
   When i change the status it will show up under woocommerce orders and an email
   will be sent to our order mailbox.

 * Have you recently installed or updated any plugins? Do you have the option to
   disable these and see if it works as before again?
