hi
i’m uploading all my items to my facebook catalog but the images don’t get uploaded, but if you visit my website all my products have main and additional images (homevxl.com). i don’t have the images in my server. it comes via an partner feed, it uses 500×500.
i also use google listing and ads all the images get uploaded there,

What about creating a test product with a sample featured image and gallery images saved on your server? Can you let us know if the images are showing in your Facebook shop after syncing the product?

If images are displayed, then the problem is traced back to your partner’s feed. In that case, can you see any error logs stored under WooCommerce > Status > Logs?

Answer: yes it shows all pictures

Answer: no i don’t see any error

if there was a problem with images feed then google listing and ads should be affected too, but this is only happening to facebook plugin. in the image links i get this link:

which is incorrect link.

Hi @masih1101

Were these items imported into WooCommerce? Also, could you navigate to one of the products giving you trouble and click the “Update” button on that page to see if that has a positive impact on the product data sent to Facebook?
