I cannot access older posts from the main blog page or by going into the dashboard. The post content is viewable and editable on the “all posts” page but when I go to view them I get this message…

    Not Found

The requested URL /2010/08/05/the-invisible-depression/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could it be a database issue? If so, is it reparable? Or is it a hosting issue as my host moves my account to new servers on occasion. Or is it something else? TIA, any help is greatly appreciated.

  • What do you have permalinks set to currently?

    Set to “Day and Name”.

I just found out I cannot access my “About” and “Contact” pages either. I get the same error message.

I just changed “Blog pages show at most” in the “Reading” section to 20 posts from 10 posts. Magically all of my posts and pages are now accessible.

I sure would like to know what caused this though. Thanks for the response SwansonPhotos…
