# Missing NextGen Plug (Gridster Live)

 * I’ve just updated my WordPress site (using Gridster Live) and all of my Galleries
   have disappeared. I’m using NextGen Gallery plugin.
 * My website is [http://www.pets-in-pencil.com](http://www.pets-in-pencil.com).
 * I’ve checked my file manager and the file list is there but when I try to reinstall
   the NextGen plugin – I can’t as it says it’s already installed – yet it doesn’t
   appear in my list.
 * Please advise as all of my images have disappeared!!

 * I’ve solved the problem. I deleted the Plug in out of my wp-content folder in
   my File Manager and have reloaded the new version of NextGen. Everything is working
   and my images are visible again! Phew!
