    Hi staff,
    i’ve installed this plugin on my website.
    On this page :


    It’s a form registration for a customer profile on site.
    After send registration admin must approve the new user but when i try a test for registration i see the new user email on user email but i don’t see a new user email on admin email setted in the plugin.
    Can you help me ?

    Hello @siengo1971

    Have you tried changing the admin email to see if it’s the issue with the email? We also suggest you install the SMPT plugin for better email delivery.




    You can install the “Check & Log Email” Plugin to verify if UM really is sending your notification emails.

    All emails being sent are logged, where you can see each UM email with the Subject/Content and From/To email addresses.
