Missing My SQL

    I got an email that my site automatically updated and now my site is unreachable. With this error message showing: Your PHP installation appears to be missing the MySQL extension which is required by WordPress

    I have no idea how to fix this or who to talk to any help would be appreciated

    This is a hosting thing. How is your site hosted? Unless you’re running your own server, contact your hosting provider and let them know that they’re missing the proper PHP-mysql libraries.

    Specifically tell them to install php-mysqli. That final “I” is important.
