WP 5.1.1 – Classic editor 1.4 and OneSignal 1.16.16 and the Metabox still dissapeared 😉 If I dissable the Onesignal plugin the Metabox appear again.

@kwloxaneio Please make sure to do a hard refresh (cache) after updating OneSignal. Sometimes, browsers cache the old data making the issue to persist. You can read more about their recommendation here: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/version-1-16-16-thread/
