missing menu items

    Dear team
    Kindly note I checked all the checkboxes and saved and update the role of my user and I’m still not able to see anything in the main menu backend. https://prnt.sc/3Sr4PyNUDNvp i cannot see page menu, plugin, theme, appearance and all other admin items, why ????

    Hi,

    It would be result of other plugin or must use plugin or piece of code inserted into the active theme’s functions.php file, but not the permissions issue.
    Try to deactivate all plugins, select WP default 2022 theme, remove temporary all must use plugin (wp-content/mu-pluigns folder) and make new test.

    Hello team, kindly note I am trying to export all content from my live production server to XML file to Shopify: https://prnt.sc/lH2wQbo6_GcI, and I am facing this error. My PHP memory limit is 1024M. Even I tried to increase it to 2000M now and still not working. not able to generate the XML file, after 1 minute of working and loading, I get this error: https://prnt.sc/b4N3Z888u9X7 . I tried wp-all export and many other plugins but the same dead-end. any recommendation or advice would be much appreciated.

    Hi,

    Switch your WordPress to debug mode. Then try to export again and look at the wp-content/debug.log file for any error messages. I suppose you may meet a PHP time limit issue.
