# Missing menu hover effects

 * Hi, after the update, all my custom hover animations for the main menu stopped
   working. I rechecked the options, and the classes are still there. Any idea if
   the plugin update overwrote the CSS hooks?

   for reaching out to us, and I’m sorry to hear that the custom hover animations
   have stopped working.
 * It’s possible that the recent plugin update may have overwritten some of the 
   custom CSS hooks you previously applied. To ensure this issue does not occur 
   again and to help us understand what changed, could you please record and share
   a short screencast showing:
    1. How the custom hover animation was working before the update
    2. How it behaves now after the update
 * This will give us a clear reference and help us identify the exact point of impact.
 * Once we receive the screencast, I will immediately share the findings with our
   development team so they can investigate the issue further and ensure it doesn’t
   happen again.
