Hello @webawen,
Thanks for reaching out!
You mentioned the page is set to an FAQ page. Can you let us know how the Questions and Answers on the page have been implemented?
Hello,
Thank you for your responce.
The FAQ is a Elementor Widget : accordion.
The schema markup of your FAQ page is automatically outputted by our plugin when you use the Yoast FAQ block in the default WordPress editor (aka Gutenberg). See screenshot. You can find more information about the Yoast FAQ block on this post: https://yoast.com/how-to-build-an-faq-page/
However, since you’re adding your FAQs using Elementor accordion widget, the specific schema markup for FAQs is not generated. To fix the structured data errors in Google Search Console, you may try any of the following:
1. Compose the FAQ page in the default editor instead of using Elementor accordion so that you can use the Yoast FAQ block
2. Use the Yoast schema API described in this document to extend the schema markup outputted by our plugin. Please note that providing custom code to interact with the Yoast Schema API is out of the scope of our support
3. Don’t select ‘FAQ page’ as the Page type in the Schema tab of the Yoast meta box and use the default value instead
Thank you.

Hello,
I used Yoast FAQ widget in WordPress with classic configuration (and defaut page in schema) but I got “mainEntity” missing in my search console. I don’t sure about what I have to do ? The plugin is not ready to use on this fAQ option ?
Thanks you,
Regards, Hanna
I have the same with the Yoast FAQ widget in wordpress. All Yoast FAQ have this error. E.g. https://kitesurfpro.nl/wingsurfen-wingsurf-en-wingfoil-handboek/wingsurfen-faq-veelgestelde-vragen/
Same here with Yoast FAQ on Gutenberg!

Hi there,
I use the current 17.1 version and added three years ago a glossary to my page.
Now recently Google reported mainentity is missing, although I didn’t change anything beside updates of the plugins (such as Yoast SEO).https://www.mba-journal.de/mba-glossar/executive-education/
is one example.What’s my mistake.
