    When you create new Main folders they do not show up on the admin page. If you go to Options > Edit folders you will see your folders. See link for screenshots of what I am talking about.

    Goto mDocs Dashboard > Options > Settings > Configuration Settings > uncheck Hide Navbar

    this will fix your issue.
