Missing keyboard shortcuts

    When using the plugin with the NVDA screen reader, upon tabbing to the comment textarea user will hear message saying “Rich Text Area. Press ALT-F9 for menu. Press ALT-F10 for toolbar. Press ALT-0 for help.” However, only the ALT-F10 shortcut really works.

    (Since this is a commenting engine, rich text features aren’t really needed.)
