# Missing Jetpack stats

 * Longtime Jetpack & WordPress user. I recently noticed that Jetpack (which has
   been running for 5+ years on my site) had been disabled on my self-hosted site.
   I re-enabled the plugin, but notice that all my historical stats and blog follower
   are missing. Reading the forums & Jetpack docs, it sounds like this could be 
   the result of a mismatch between the unique ID the site had prior to Jetpack 
   being disabled and a new unique ID for when Jetpack was rea-activated on the 
   site. Is there a way to get these stats back? Thanks.

 * Excellent yes they are there, except for a few weeks in September (which is likely
   when whatever the original issue with the site that caused Jetpack to be disabled
   happened and when I noticed the issue) but everything pre-September going back
   to the site launch in 2017 is now back. Thank you!

 * Hello, I’m having this same problem with missing stats on two of my sites that
   I noticed recently after a Jetpack update. Jetpack has not been updated on the
   third site so I still have stats there. I’m at the end of year point where I 
   post my most popular postings for 2022. Can you help me get this fixed please?
   I’m a long-time Jetpack user and my sites have been up for 10 years.
